I am a Birth Arts International Certified Doula who has attended over 200 births and spent over 4,000 hours by the side of laboring mothers. My mission is to help mothers create beautiful, and aligned beginnings.

I know giving birth as a modern mom can feel overwhelming. If women have given birth since the beginning of humanity, how is it that women today are 2.5 more likely to die in childbirth than their own mothers and 500x more likely to have a C-section than their grandmothers?

The truth is, women haven’t changed. But systems and structures have. Which is why it’s time to restore the lost knowledge. The knowledge of safe, simple and straightforward birth - achieved through nourishment, holistic education and shared decision making between mothers and their care providers.

It’s time for you to have a say in your birth, which means you need to know what makes birth work.

I believe every mother is capable of preparing for birth in a way that unlocks the secrets of a healthy, peaceful, straightforward experience.

After all, giving birth is a monumental act of love and one of the most transformative experiences in a woman’s life.

Let’s get you ready for it.
